The United States Embassy in San Salvador has consular jurisdiction for all of El Salvador.

The Air Mail rate from the United States to El Salvador is 60 cents per half ounce.
Registered mail may be sent through the Salvadoran Postal Service.  Return receipts are available.  International reply coupons are not available in El Salvador at this time to prepay a reply from the addressee.

Credit reports can usually be obtained through banks or through commercial reporting agencies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., and American Foreign Credit Underwriters.  For individuals seeking counsel for adoptions or issues of family law, you may choose any lawyer from the list.
