Dear Warden,

We are conducting a test of our warden communications system. In order to help us determine how effective and up to date our system is, we are asking that each of you please respond (via email) to this message as soon as you read it, preferably before 12:00 on Wednesday October 31. Please include your name, phone number and physical address in your reply. If your answer is bounced back to you, please contact us by phone at 2501-2628.

Your response will help us ensure that we have your correct contact information and that our system is working properly. Thank you for assistance in this test and for your help in promoting the welfare of our fellow citizens.
