Ambassador Barclay Meets Fulbright Scholar

U.S. President George W. Bush called El Salvador’s President-elect, Antonio Elias Saca, to congratulate him on his electoral victory.

Ambassador H. Douglas Barclay met March 30th with Fulbright Student, Brett Huneycutt. Mr. Huneycutt, a U.S. Fulbright student from Boston College, has been conducting research in El Salvador in the connection between migration, remittances, and microenterprises, and also in hometown association investment in employment-generating projects.

He is conducting his work at Universidad Centroamericana José Simeon Cañas and at FLASCO.
