President Bush congratulates President-elect Saca

U.S. President George W. Bush called El Salvador’s President-elect, Antonio Elias Saca, to congratulate him on his electoral victory.

U.S. President George W. Bush called El Salvador’s President-elect, Antonio Elias Saca, to congratulate him on his electoral victory.

According to White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan, the two leaders discussed their mutual interest in continuing the strong, cooperative relationship the United States and El Salvador have enjoyed.
