USG donates computers to Ethics Tribunal

On April 12, 2007, Ambassador Charles L. Glazer delivered to the Government Ethics Tribunal a donation consisting of computer equipment valued at $18,000.

The donation was received by the Tribunal president Lizette Kuri de Mendoza.  

The United States Agency for International Development’s Transparency and Governance program is providing training and technical assistance to the Tribunal for the implementation of the Government Ethics Law, which was passed on April 25, 2006 and mandates the creation and promotion of a new culture of ethical conduct in the public sector.
